These cookies are so incredibly delicious. They are soft in the centre, light and low in calories.
I made these before in 2021 for Christmas with white chocolate and cranberries, but deicde to give them a try with chocolate chips.
Well, they turned out so great!

1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of plain flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 handful or so of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven at 180c. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt and honey, then beat in the egg and add in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder together. When combined, add into the wet ingredients.
Slowly fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the mixture onto the baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
