Welcome to your Hello Abs 5 Day Challenge! Over the next 5 days, your goal will be to push and challenge your strength, and stamina like never before.
Remember if you need to pause the video at any point, do so. No matter how many times you take a break and make any modifications, it's fine - as long as you get through it at your own level, you're doing really well in this challenge.
As you complete each day, you will begin to notice that YOU are getting better and your abs are working.

HOW IT WORKS:
For the next 5 days, you will be given different workout to complete. One of the workouts will be a cardio based and the other will be a different toning class that will allow you to tone, sculpt, and create definition in your stomach area.
